Terms of Service
Effective 10 October 2026
These terms govern your use of System Design Review (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The Service
System Design Review is a practice tool for system design: you build designs on a canvas and the Service tests them against scenarios. Results are educational and make no promise about how a design behaves in production or in an interview.
Accounts
You can use free problems without an account. To save progress or buy a subscription you sign in with Google, GitHub or an email link. You are responsible for activity on your account and must give accurate information. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Subscriptions and payment
Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal on the Account page; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Your drafts and progress are kept after a subscription ends, and free problems stay available. Prices may change for future periods with notice. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable; contact us if you think a charge was a mistake.
During the open beta, payments may run in test mode, in which case no real charge is made and no real access guarantee applies.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or reverse engineer the Service, bypass the Pro gate, share your account, scrape problem content in bulk, or use the Service for anything unlawful.
Your content and ours
You own the designs you create. You give us the right to store and process them to run the Service for you. The problems, solutions, tests and software are ours or our licensors’ and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning use.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided as is during the beta. We may change, suspend or remove features and problems. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
